Fees

The fees can be applied according to four different methods:

• They can be decided on an hour basis from 200 to 300 euros per hour;
• They can be decided under a monthly legal assistance convention;
• They can be calculated on a prior global basis;
• In case of litigation, they can be agreed in a legal convention including a rate of 1,200 to 2,000 euros and a success fee of 10 to 15%.

The Law Firm FRANC does not intend to neglect the assistance duty of a lawyer and may accept, in certain cases, to defend a client on a pro bono basis.
